The hotel is amazing. We were there for Christmas and they have thought of a Christmas lunch (which was very tasty and with classic music) and other events for the kids. We also tried the spa, which was small, but it offered a whole experience with some products and tips what to do. The center of Riva del Garda is walking distance and wonderful for short walks. We also liked a lot the bakery, which is part of the hotel.

Hotel nicely decorated. Professional staff. Restaurant can be booked for the evenings. Family friendly. Entertainment every night during dinner. The staff became like family. Help was always offered. Requests were always met. Beautiful sunset views from the reception area. Organised activities in the hotel.

A very pleasant hotel? more resort with a beautiful garden that allows you to get away from the surrounding hustle and bustle. What is definitely a plus is the specious garden and outdoor pool - large, clean and deep. Adequate number of sunbeds and umbrellas. A great place to play with children. In addition, a playground for younger children, with swings and a table tennis. On top of that there is a very nice spa area, with a great indoor pool and a really nice sauna. Rooms were fine, but not four star standard (our room). The facilities, especially in the bathroom, is old, but good taken care of. The breakfast was really good. Pretty wide selection of breakfast styles – good variety of products. Helpful and attentive staff. Very welcoming and supporting with all our needs. Great location, just a 10 min walk to centre of town. I would recommend it for a family since it is a child friendly hotel.

Everything! Best hotel I have stayed at. The breakfast was the best I have experienced, love the fact that you have a juicer and fresh pancakes in the morning. The spa was also a nice extra when the weather was not good. Staff were friendly and attentive, good welcome. Everything has been thought of at this hotel, would definitely return. The location is perfect, in a quiet area with good views but close enough to walk to the centre.

Breakfast was surprisingly good, lots of choices, above average for this or similar type of hotel. Room was clean, fairly large bathroom, air conditioning was working fine. Staff was kind and helpful, very quick and easy check in/out.

Very nice spa area, with a great indoor pool and a really nice sauna area. Probably the nicest Finnish sauna out of all the hotels I have been to. The reception staff and breakfast staff were super friendly and very hospitable. Marta on reception was especially lovely and helped me relax into my stay during the check in. There was good parking available right at the door, and also an underground secured garage. The location was also perfect, just a 10 minute walk or a short drive into town.

Wonderful breakfast. Masses of good quality food and huge variety. All the waiters were excellent. Special thanks to Alex and Samood. A great team in the bar and all restaurants. Always smiling, no matter how busy. Worth a mention, the beautiful gardens and swimming pool.

clean - nicely decorated. really nice pool area nice breakfast selection. walk into town was just a few mins and for us no problem at all. staff friendly and attentive all in all a good hotel priced accordingly

The room was nice and clean, breakfast was excellent and tasty. spa was wonderful, i had pedicure and it was done perfectly, my husband had massages, he was very happy. Location is perfect just 5 minutes walk to town.
